Patients Who Have Dental Insurance

We are happy to help you with any form of insurance.

For new patients and for regular recare (hygiene) appointments, we will be happy to fill out all insurance forms and mail them for you. We request payment at time of services, and insurance reimbursement will be made directly to you.

For dental treatment, we can request a pre-determination of benefits from your insurance company if it is necessary for you to know what benefits would be available. All treatment expenses will be thoroughly discussed with you prior to your care and financial arrangements made prior to beginning treatment.
